jam on

in the past three weeks, i've made 20 pints of freezer jam. ten pints of strawberry and ten pints of raspberry. that raspberry jam is precious and i shall guard it with my life. the strawberry is just ok and i will make my kids use that first. :)

i made scones with frozen roll dough on sunday so i'd have a vehicle to get the jam into my mouth. i think it's ungainly to stand in front of the fridge and eat it with a spoon.

do you make jam? has anyone ever made peach freezer jam?

I 100% love freezer jam. Strawberry is my favorite. Razzzzberry a close second.. although I never made it..
I want to this summer. Since I don't think i can choke down another round of store bough Jar O' shit.
Could you give the break down for what I need to do? I know pectin is involoved and that is about it.

Here in michigan they have strawberry/razzzberry/and blackberry farms where you can go pick your own and as much as you want..so excited to do this and magically turn it into freezer jam.

I once made freezer strawberry jam. It was just ok. Too runny. It WAS great over french toast or angel food cake though.

I have done bottled Rasp Jam and I have had it turn out GREAT and one time turn out not great. Pretty easy though. Never done freezer Jam is it easy?
